Undoubtedly, we all judge others based upon their use of written grammar. Facebook status postings are excellent examples of this! The author of this HBR piece makes some very good points, the most compelling to me is “If it takes someone more than 20 years to notice how to properly use “it’s,” then that’s not a learning curve I’m comfortable with.”
